I am starting a new diet. I am making it up myself. Because I am dissatisfied with everything else that is out there. Many other diets seem to make sense on one level or another---but then they leave out a key nutrient or key food that provides a needed nutrient.
I'm calling this Candelyn's Diet. So send me money if you like it a lot. (grin.)
This is what I generally eat for breakfast:
A bowl of raw oatmeal mixed with some sort of cold fiber cereal (for better crunch). And lots and lots of fruit piled on top. Sometimes I add nuts. And yes, I add REAL milk from a cow.
I'll be posting more meal ideas and letting you know how I feel about it and how successful it is.
